Founded by Heidi Wilson, an alumna of The Culinary Institute of America, with fine-dining training in kitchens such as Providence, a three Michelin star and one Green Star restaurant in Los Angeles.
After graduating in New York in 2024, Heidi packed her life into a Toyota Highlander and set out on a three-week journey across the country, with Los Angeles as the final destination. She arrived with no house, no job, and no familiar faces—only a dream she knew she had to bring to life. That leap of faith became the foundation of Infinite Patisserie.
At Infinite Patisserie, we create an elevated plant-based dessert experience—without ever sacrificing quality, flavor, or texture. We exist to be part of the change shaping the future of desserts, guided by the belief that there are infinite possibilities within the world.
