Thank you so much for supporting Infinite Patisserie! We are a small, passionate food business committed to delivering handcrafted, high-quality treats made with love. Whether you’re ordering for yourself, a loved one, or a special occasion, we want to ensure you have a smooth and delicious experience.

Please take a moment to read through the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to help protect both you as a customer and us as your food provider. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Ordering and Payment

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Cash, or Credit/Debit Card. 

  • Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.


2. Pick-Up, Delivery & Shipping

  • We offer delivery and pick-up only. 

  • Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed-upon time and location. Items not picked up will not be refunded.

  • For deliveries, we are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party couriers or factors beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather).


3. Product Quality and Allergens

  • All items are handmade and may vary slightly in appearance.

  • While we strive to accommodate dietary preferences, our kitchen handles common allergens (e.g., nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs). We do not guarantee allergen-free products.

  • Please inform us in advance of any food allergies. We are not liable for allergic reactions.


4. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on perishable goods.

  • In accordance with California Civil Code § 1723, exceptions may be made for verified issues such as receiving the wrong item or a product defect. These must be reported within 24 hours.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery. Late cancellations will not be refunded.


6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including photos, logos, recipes, and designs, are the intellectual property of Infinite Patisserie. They may not be used or reproduced without permission.


7. Limitation of Liability

  • By purchasing from us, you agree that Infinite Patisserie is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the consumption of our products.

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by improper handling or storage once the product has been picked up or delivered.


8. Privacy

  • We value your privacy. Any personal information shared with us will only be used to fulfill your order and will not be sold or shared with third parties.


9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and your continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
